THE RULES OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL

• 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
• 1.1. Check-in is carried out upon presentation of a valid identity document.
• 1.2. The standard check-out time at the hotel is 12:00 PM (local time).
• 1.3. Guest registration and check-in are available from 2:00 PM (local time) on the day of arrival. Early check-in before 2:00 PM is possible only subject to room availability.
• 1.4. In case of stay for less than 24 hours, payment is charged for a full day regardless of the actual duration of stay.
• 2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
• 2.1. To confirm a reservation, the Guest must make a prepayment of at least 30% of the total accommodation cost for the entire stay.
• 2.2. Full payment (100% of the accommodation cost) is required upon check-in.
• 2.3. Late check-out after 12:00 PM is considered an additional service and is subject to room availability. Late check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM is charged at 50% of the daily room rate.
• 2.4. The tourist tax is payable by the Guest in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine.
• 2.5. The prepayment is refundable only if the reservation is canceled no later than 7 calendar days prior to the check-in date. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the prepayment is non-refundable.
• 3. ACCOMMODATION WITH CHILDREN
• 3.1. Children under the age of 2 years may stay in the same room with their parents free of charge, without an extra bed.
• 3.2. Accommodation of children aged 2 years and older, as well as an additional third guest in the room, is considered an extra service and is charged according to the current rates.
• 3.3. Guests under the age of 18 may be accommodated only when accompanied by adults (parents or legal guardians).
• 4. RIGHTS OF THE ADMINISTRATION
• 4.1. The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation or to terminate the stay early if the Guest: • is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; • behaves aggressively or inappropriately; • appears untidy; • refuses to comply with the Rules of Stay, causing potential material damage or discomfort to other guests.
• 4.2. In the event of a gross violation of the Rules of Stay, the Guest may be evicted without refund for the unused period of accommodation.
• 5. GUEST OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY
• 5.1. Upon check-out, the Guest must allow the administrator to inspect the room.
• 5.2. In case of damage to or loss of hotel property, the Guest is obliged to compensate for the damage. The fact of damage is documented in an official report.
• 5.3. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of Guests’ personal belongings left in the room.
• 5.4. Forgotten items are stored at the hotel for 6 months, after which they are subject to disposal.
• 6. RULES OF CONDUCT AND SAFETY
• 6.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. A fine of UAH 5,000 will be charged for violation.
• 6.2. The fireplace is a decorative interior element and must not be used. In case of violation, the Guest bears full financial responsibility for any consequences.
• 6.3. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music, offensive language, or any behavior disturbing other guests is prohibited.
• 6.4. Moving furniture in rooms and common areas is prohibited.
• 6.5. The use of extension cords, power strips, and high-power electrical appliances, including heaters, is prohibited, except for equipment provided by the hotel administration.
• 6.6. Guests must not leave electrical appliances switched on (except refrigerators), water taps running, or windows open when absent from the room.
• 6.7. Towels must not be taken out of the rooms or used in the sauna or near the swimming pool.
• 7. PARKING AND HOTEL TERRITORY
• 7.1. Parking on the territory of the complex is available for an additional fee.
• 7.2. Vehicle owners are responsible for the safety of vehicles parked in front of the hotel.
• 7.3. Parking is prohibited at entrances, exits, and internal driveways.
• 8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
• 8.1. Accommodation with pets is allowed only by prior agreement. Only dogs weighing up to 10 kg are permitted. Fee — UAH 500.
• 8.2. Video surveillance is conducted in common areas for the purpose of guest safety and property protection.
• 8.3. The administration is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules or from careless behavior by guests.
• 8.4. Guests must inform the administration in advance if they plan to prepare or consume their own food in the rooms.
• 8.5. Payment for hotel services may be made in cash (UAH), by bank cards, or via bank transfer.
